This product series is mainly applied to the precision machining of various gears including automotive gears, construction machinery gears, wind turbine gears for wind power gearboxes, and robot joint gears.
Product Features
The company has developed dedicated vitrified-bond high-efficiency worm grinding wheels for the gear machining industry, with a working speed reaching 80 m/s. To adapt to various gear machining applications, multiple combinations of mixed abrasive have been developed, using equiaxed and cylindrical microcrystalline ceramic abrasive as the main material, with carefully selected high-quality corundum materials of different performances, suitable for use with various grinding machines.
The range of slotting parameters currently provided to customers:
Module: 0.4 to 8; pressure angle: per customer demand; number of starts: 1 to 7.
