Applications
Bolted resin-bonded parallel grinding wheels are matched and used for Japanese Daisho DAISHO CNC double-disc grinders (GRV series, DRG series), Nisshin, Nippei, and domestic double-disc grinders from Hunan Yuhuan, Shandong Rushan, etc., and are mainly applied to the face grinding of industry parts such as air-conditioning compressors, bearings, gears, automotive parts and components, hydraulic components, and hard-to-grind materials.
Bolted resin-bonded cylindrical grinding wheels are mainly applied to dedicated four-face grinding machinery for post-casting cylinder blocks and cylinder heads of gasoline and diesel engines, and precision grinding of valve plates and similar components.
